We thought this was a fitting title for the Richmond Road Project, seeing as the once out-of-date apartment building used to look like it was designed and constructed back in the 1960’s just like the Clint Eastwood motion picture.
‘Used to’ being the operative words here as Brayton Construction crews completely revamped the entrance way and concourse of the residential building.
The renovation project began back on June 6th with the demolition and removal of the antiquated carpet and tiles in the front entrance, lobby and encompassing hallway.
Updated tiles and carpet were installed in its place giving it a more modern feel.
Additionally, all the walls and ceilings were freshly painted and brand-new entrance doors were installed.
Don’t take our words for it, below is a before-and-after photo depicting the good, the bad and the…updated.
